Letter E

This week we worked on the letter E,
 the number 5,
 and square.
We read the story of King Josiah in the Bible.  We talked about the importance of reading God's word, so you can hear from Him.  Our verse of the week was...
Our weekly devotion was E for Everyone.
The boys spent a morning working with cubes (squares).  The kit had instruction sheets that the boys followed.
 "I did it!"
E is for Ellie the Dog
We gave sweet Ellie a bath.
Beckett practiced cutting this week.  He cut out an E
and then glued eyes all over it.
Beckett also practiced in his letter workbook.
Piercey was right there watching him.
 E is for Education
The boys kicked back and read books.
 E is for Exercise
 We went for a walk
and then did our Alphabet Exercise video.
This is the goofiest video
 but the kids love it.
We discovered what two colors made orange.
Then we made baking soda sidewalk chalk paint
 Eruptions.
The boys painted with the chalk
and then squirted it with vinegar.  E is for Eruption.
Here is Beckett's work sample from the week...
Now on to the letter F.
