C&K Company Picnic

Today we went to C&K Market's Company Picnic.  Here are the employees in front of the new Ray's truck, which Daddy helped design...

 Beckett was very interested in the big truck!

 We had a yummy BBQ dinner. 

 There were lots of games to play.

Another Beautiful Day on the Coast

It was another beautiful day here in Brookings.  We met our friends, the Olsons, at Harris Beach and enjoyed the great morning!

 This evening we headed to the Ell's house for dinner. 

 We love hanging out at their river oasis.

Beckett Loves the Library

Every Wednesday Beckett and I head to the public library.  Here he is with his bag of books to return...

 Beckett returns them all by himself!

 Afterwards we look for new books to borrow. 

 Beckett loves the library card.  Sometimes he has a hard time handing it over to the librarian. 

 Once we have checked out our books for the week, we head over to story time to sing songs and listen to books being read. 

 After story time there is a craft that goes along with the books read that day.

Is it Really Fall?

This afternoon Beckett and I headed up river with our friends.  It was a beautiful day in Brookings and you would never know that summer had already ended.

Cliff Creek Vineyard's Harvest Party

On Saturday we headed out to Sam's Valley, for the Cliff Creek Harvest Party.  Grandpa, Grandma, and GG were there too!

 There were so many things to see and do.  Beckett enjoyed the band and BBQ. 

 Daddy and Grandpa took Beckett out to the grapes.  Boy, was that fun!

 And of course, being with GG is always great!!

Sunriver

This week the Lundes headed over to Sunriver.  Daddy had a conference to go to, so Beckett and Momma tagged along.

 We went on lots of walks,

 played at the playground,

 went to the pool,

 and hung out with friends.  Here is Beckett and his pal, Kenzie. 

 Beckett was VERY excited each night when Daddy came home. 

 This evening we took Beckett down to the stables to see the horses. 

 He got up close and personal with a few of them.

Beckett LOVES to help in the kitchen these days.  As soon as he sees someone cooking, he drags over a chair to stand on so he can help.  Here he is helping Grandma with dinner...

Books are still a favorite for Beckett!  He is talking and communicating so much more these days. :)

Fun Filled Friday

We had a fun filled Friday!  First thing in the morning we headed to the beach,

 where Beckett met his good friend, Everett. 

 Then we headed off to Tegan's 2nd Birthday.  It was quite the Mickey Mouse Bash.

 There was even Mickey Mouse pancakes and breakfast for lunch! 

 Then in the evening we had friends over for dinner. 

 We had a pizza making party!

 Then to finish off the fabulous day, we headed back down to the beach for a bonfire.

In the Redwoods

On Saturday the Lundes, Merrills, Ragers, and Jensens headed down to the Redwoods for a hike. 

 Beckett was very interested in all the information markers along the trail.  Okay, maybe it was the pictures he was more interested in!
