Letter K

Last week we worked on the letter K.

Our devotion was K for Kindness.
 Our verse of the week...
K is for Keeping Up with our Morning Devotions
We love that fact that we get to do all this in our jammies. :)
The boys put all the letters we have learned in ABC order.
Almost half way through the alphabet!
Then the boys played with the left over letters.  Mr. Beckett started making WORDS all by himself!
 Nice Work, Buddy!
Sterling loves to watch the boys do school.  He is always sitting right them, usually enjoying a snack.
 K is for Kite
We made kites with contact paper and tissue paper.
 Finished Product
Beckett continues to love his workbooks.
Pierce continues to work on ordering the letters in his name.
Our story of the week was about the four men lowering their friend down through the hole in the roof to Jesus, so He could heal him.
After the story, we made our own building out of Legos and reenacted the story.
 K is for King
This kid is always surprising me.  I wish the picture showed the crown better, but Pierce made a perfectly symmetrical crown with his colors.
The boys completed their writing sample for the week.
We ended the week working on opposites.  Beckett informed me that he knew them already, so he went ahead and taught Sterling. :)
