HOT

WOW!  It was a hot one today.  So first thing this morning we headed to the park to play.

 Beckett did a little climbing,

 while Pierce enjoyed the swings.

 It got too warm at the park, so we headed to Grandpa and Grandma's house to cool off in the sprinkler. 

 Daddy even joined in!

 Pierce was not too sure about it. 

 Then in the evening we headed up river for a BBQ and swim. 

 The kids played in the water

 and ate lots of yummy food. 

 Pierce discovered kayaking

 and that is all he wanted to do.

 I know what someone wants for his birthday!

 Beckett LOVED the kayak too and paddled little brother around.

 At the end of the night, Pierce found a big bowl of popcorn to munch on.
