Palm Springs

Grant had a work trip in Palm Springs and his company invited me to join him. 

We spent 4 days at the JW Marriott. It was gorgeous.

Grant had 30 meetings during the trip, but every once in awhile if a meeting got done early he would come and visit me at the pool.

On the last day, he actually got to join me for 45 minutes!

The conference was the WAFC- Western Association of Food Chians. 

Two of the mornings they invited the wives to join the sessions to listen to the guest speakers. Magic Johnson and Laura Bush were two of the speakers.

One afternoon I took a quick trip to Hemet to visit with Grandma Donna.

The resort had a boat ride that went around the property.

The first two evenings they had party rooms where different vendors sponsored a room. There was so much food to eat!

Also the rooms had various things going on like magicians, dueling pianos, massages,

and even silly photo booths. 

Grant even found a candy bar, full of treats he brought back to the boys!

The last night was a fancy dinner and comedian. 

We had such an amazing time and what made it even better was knowing that our boys were in good hands! Grandma came to watch the boys and Auntie helped her out. 

It was a trip to remember!
