Letter O

Last week we worked on the letter O.  Our verse of the week was...

 Our devotion was O is for Obey

 Beckett worked in his alphabet notebook.

 The boys practiced putting their ABC's in order.

 A fun activity we did this week, was Letter Swat.  I put sticky notes all around the room.  Then I would call out a letter and the boys would run around and swat the letter.

 This was quite the competition.

 O is for Octopus

 That is the cutest little octopus and boy!

O is for Ollie

Beckett wrote Ollie a postcard

 and then mailed it to him.

 Our first Magic School Bus science kit came in the mail. 

 We did two experiments with gas.

 Future Scientist???

 Then we did the two science experiments that were in the boys' birthday party favors.

 Pencils Through the Bag of Water

 The second experiment was taking a bar of Ivory soap

 

and microwaving it for 2 minutes.

 Look what happens!

 Science is Cool!

 One afternoon Beckett started coloring and cutting out houses.

 Then next day he asked for a big piece of paper to make his town on.

 Look at that creation!

 O is for OMSI
