December 17th

Today our advent activity was to decorate sugar cookies with our friends, The Phipps Family.  So yesterday we made the cookies

 and today we decorated them.

 Beckett was super excited about this activity.  I think he was more into eating the toppings than actually decorating. 

 Pierce was very focused on his work. 

 LOTS and LOTS of frosting was used this morning. 

 Cookie Fun

 Sterling was napping for most of the activity, but woke up just in time to nibble on a cookie.

 This evening the boys opened the 17th book, which was "The Biggest, Best Snowman".

 Then Beckett pulled the bible story chain.

 Our story was about Naaman and his healing.  We love using "The Jesus Storybook Bible" for our nightly story.  It is awesome to see how Jesus is woven into all the stories in the Old Testament.
