Day at Home

Today was Daddy's first day back at work and Mommy's first day with all the boys alone.  It was a good day for us all. 

 When Daddy got home, he was on diaper duty.  Auntie Tera sent the boys a care package, which included supplies to change diapers (masks and gloves).  The boys used a diaper from Mommy's baby shower.  The diapers have special messages written on them.

Story Time

The boys are in love with their baby brother.  Every morning the first thing Pierce asks me is, "Where is Sterling?"  This morning Beckett said he wanted to read to Sterling.  And as you can tell, Sterling was very interested in the story, or maybe just big brother.

One Week Old

Family Outing

Today the whole family went on an outing to the park.

T-Ball Practice

Beckett had his first t-ball practice tonight.  He did an awesome job!  He was so excited to take the glove that Uncle Eric gave him to practice.

Doctor's Appointment

Today we headed over to Grant's Pass for Sterling's first doctor appointment.  Even though it is a two hour drive, we thought it was important for Sterling to have an actual pedicitrician rather than general practitioner, which is all there is around here.  He did amazing on the four hour ride.  

 The doctor checked him out.  She said that the jaundice is gone.  YAHOO!  Also his weight was 8 pounds, 13.5 ounces.  She was happy with the little weight loss (4%) and thought he looked great!

Shakin' Off Cabin Fever

Today Sterling is 4 days old.  We thought it was about time to leave the house for the first time. 

 

 We all bundled up,

 due to the rainy weather,

 and headed to Grandpa and Grandma's house for dinner.  We have one full backseat these days. 

 While we were there, Sterling got lots of love from Beckett,

 and Grandpa.  Sterling is such a sleeper, if you can't tell from the pictures. :)

 After dinner, Beckett asked Grandma to go with him to AWANA's.
