Advent Day 12 Activity- Christmas Craft
This afternoon our craft was decorating Christmas wreaths. Here is Beckett hard at work!

Advent Day 11 Activity- Have a Christmas Dance Party!
Today our activity was listening to Christmas music and having a dance party. The first thing the boys did was choose the perfect mix of music.
Then Beckett and Momma cut a rug!
Next was Daddy and Beckett's turn!

Weekend with the Duvalls
This weekend our great friends, the Duvalls, came down from Portland to visit.
It has been beautiful in Brookings, so we headed to the beach.
On Saturday night we hosted an Ugly Christmas Sweater Party. Marcie was a great help getting the food ready for the party.
Beckett loved snuggling up with Marcie, reading books!
Advent Day 10 Activity- Host an Ugly Sweater Party
Tonight our advent activity was hosting an Ugly Christmas Sweater Party.
Beckett was a great helper, adding more decorations to Marcie's sweater for the party.
A friendly Bunco competition was the evenings main event.
Holly, pictured on the right, was the big winner of the "ugliest sweater." She won the great prize of...the singing reindeer hat!!
It was a fun fashionably awkward evening.

Breaking in the New Stroller
Our first trip in the new double stroller was a success!
Our friends, the Wilkinsons, came over and went for a walk with us. Beckett loved having Josiah in the stroller with him and Mama loved not having to push!!
We are getting more and more ready for Pierce's debut!!
Advent Day 9 Activity- Chari Tree and Trains
Tonight's activity was going to the Chari Tree event at the shopping center. The shopping center was full of Christmas trees that had been decorated and were being auctioned off, by local charities. And yes, this was the best picture I got of Beckett in front of a tree. He was right in the middle of saying "cheese!"
Santa was there and Beckett was not crazy about him. He actually started crying, when Grant took him close to the bearded man!
We finally got Beckett close enough for a picture, by Santa enticing him with a candy cane. But he still wouldn't look at Santa.
Beckett's favorite part of the night was looking at the trains.
He would have stayed there all night, if we would have let him!

Advent Day 8 Activity- Make Gingerbread House
Our good pals, the Olsons, came over to help us with our advent activity of the day...making gingerbread houses.
Beckett did a great job decorating his house!
He even wanted to help Evie with his. I'm not too sure Evie wanted his help!
After all that fun, I found the kids in Beckett's room reading books. Aren't they precious?!?
