Advent Day 7 Activity- Read Christmas Books

Today our activity was reading Christmas books.  Here is Beckett with one of his favorites...

Advent Day 6 Activity- Giving Tree

Today our activity was wrapping up a gift and delivering it to Daddy's office, for the giving tree. 

 It always feels good to give!

Big Boy Beckett

Over the last few weeks Beckett seems to be becoming a little boy right before our eyes.  Potty training is going well!  We were a little nervous for Papa Dan to leave.  Beckett was going potty for him, but we thought maybe he would stop once Dan was gone.  That is not the case!  It has been over a week of going potty on the potty seat, 1-3 times a day!!  Yay, Beckett!!

 Today I told Beckett to get ready to go and look at his outfit he came out wearing...

Maybe it didn't match too well, but great job getting all the accessories.  :)

Advent Day 5 Activity- Wrap Presents

December 5th

Today the activity was wrapping Christmas presents.  I am not sure that was the most age appropriate activity.

 Beckett tried to help, but ribbon, paper, and bows were scattered around the house by the end of the project. 

 But we still had a great time!!

Thomas the Train Tent

The other day we got Beckett a Thomas the Train tent.  Boy, was he excited!!

 He wants everyone to get into the tent with him.

 And everyone does!

Advent Day 4 Activity- Decorate Cookies

December 4th

Today's activity was making and decorating sugar cookies. 

Chef Beckett was quite the helper in the kitchen. 

 He cut out the cookies and

 even decorated them. 

 Final Project

 Then it was time to deliver them...to Grandma and Grandpa!

Advent Day 3 Activity- Decorate the Tree

December 3rd

Today we went to the church and picked up our Christmas tree. 

 Beckett was a big helper, cleaning up the needles on the floor. 

 There were so many ornaments to look at. 

 Beckett was very focused putting up the ornaments. 

 The boys did a nice job decorating the tree.

Advent Day 2 Activity- Decorate the House

December 2nd

Today we decorated the house for Christmas.  Santa Beckett hung the wreath on the front door and  

 hung up window stickers. 

 We have a miniature tree that hung the ornaments on. 

 You can tell he was VERY proud of his work!  Look at that face. 

 The stocking are hung in the Lunde house and we are looking forward to Christmas!  Who knows, we might have to get another stocking if Pierce decides to join us early.

Advent Day 1 Activity- Put up the Christmas Lights

December 1st

Our first advent activity was hanging the Christmas lights.  Beckett wanted to help, so Daddy found a few low spots for him to hang them.

 Daddy put up the lights on the roof,

while Papa did the trim of the house.  Teamwork!!

 The house looks great!  Nice job, boys.
