Art Class

Mommy just learned about an online program called Art Hub for Kids that teaches kids to draw.
Tonight the big boys tried a lesson on drawing a walrus.
Here are the finished products...

Marshall Grant Lunde

On Saturday night, Mommy started to have some contractions.  She was not sure if she was in fact in labor, but her doctor told her to head to the hospital.  After an hour of being monitored, the nurses informed Mommy that she was indeed in labor and the baby was quickly progressing.

After less than 5 minutes of pushing, Baby Marshall Grant Lunde entered the world.
This little pumpkin weighed 9 pounds, 5 ounces and was 22.5 inches long.
 What a cutie!
Proud Daddy
Marshall got his first bath from the nurse,
which he was not too thrilled out.
Our Little Bundle of Joy
Daddy, Mommy and Marshall
Nana and Marshall
Nana has made it to all four kids' births.  This is pretty amazing, since we use to live so far away!
 Grandma
and Grandpa made it up too.  They took care of the boys, while Daddy and Mommy were at the hospital.
Lots of other family and friends came to visit us, while we were in the hospital.
 Cousin James and Marshall
It is hard work being a baby!
 Four Generations
Great Grandpa Frank with his 12th great grandchild
It was a bit wild when the boys came to visit, but the nurses loved it!
Sterling was not too sure at first about the new baby.
Big Brother Beckett was right in his element.
Today we were released.
It is great to be home! (You can tell Marshall was excited!)

Family Hike

We went on a family hike over the weekend, in hopes of inducing labor!
 Pierce brought his binoculars
while Beckett brought his hiking magnifying glass, whistle, and compass combination.
Sterling had the best seat in the house!
We hiked down to the river.
 Sterling Lou
 Daddy and His Boys
It was a beautiful day for a hike.
 Enjoying Nature
Sterling is getting pretty heavy these days.  Who knows how much longer we can carry him like this?!?
We made it to the end of the trail.  Unfortunately the hike did not induce labor, but we all had a great time.

Daddy in the News

Zoo

This morning we took a trip to the zoo.
Normally it is just Mommy and the boys,
but today Daddy got to go too!
All the animals seemed to be out.
Sterling kept pointing and telling us all about the animals (in his language).
On the drive home, the boys told Daddy it was the best day ever!
