Shooting Some Hoops

Beckett and Pierce love to play basketball.  Daddy taught them how to play defense, which is what Pierce is doing in this picture.
Sterling loves to watch the big boys play.  They make him smile.

Go Volcanoes!

Yesterday Beckett had another t-ball game.
He was really thinking about playing in the out field.
Beckett likes to play pitcher, even though there is no pitching of t-ball. :)

 Good Stop!
 Pierce cheered for Beckett.
Daddy is pretty special.  He came all the way down from Portland to be there for the game.
Beckett loves having Daddy on the field.

Sterling's First Beaver Game

Yesterday we headed to Goss Stadium
 to watch the Beaver game.
Pierce was excited to have his own ticket.
Beckett was interested in watching the game and seemed to understand it better.  T-ball must be paying off.
 Go Beavs!
It was Sterling's first Beaver game.
He was great the whole game.

This picture cracks me up!  Sterling was saying, "Yuck to the Huskies!"

2 Month Check-Up

Yesterday Sterling had his 2 month check-up.  He is 24 3/4 inches tall and in the 90th percentile.  Sterling weighs 14 pounds and in the 75th percentile.  During the appointment he had to get some shots, but he was still smiling!

Sterling and Sterling

Last night our family friend came to town for a visit.
 Big Sterling and Little Sterling

Giant Sandbox

Today was another gorgeous day in Brookings.
The boys and I met up with some of our little friends at the beach.
It was a warm morning.  Sterling stayed cool in the shade.

Momma and Her Boys
 Grandma and Her Boys
Today we had the family over for a Mother's Day brunch.  Afterwards the boys played a little baseball.
Pierce was excited to use big brother's helmet and bat.
What a great way to spend the day!

Birthday Party Fun

This weekend the boys went to an awesome birthday party.  The theme was Discovery Zone and there were so many fun activities for the kids to do.

The boys loved the Dinosaur Dig center.
They had tools and chiseled away trying to find the dinosaur fossils.
 Such Serious Boys
There was a station that the kids could make Olaf, the snowman, from Frozen.
 Constructing
 Hard at Work
Another station was making grass heads.
Pierce made sure to water his seeds.
Hopefully our grass head grows as big as the example.
Tinker toys
There were so many different sensory tables to touch and feel.
And of course, the cardboard box room was a big hit!
The boys ended the party with a little painting.
 What an amazing party!
