Soaring Temperatures
Today was a hot day in Brookings. We knew it was going to be warm when we woke up and it was already 70 degrees. So we decided to head to the beach with our friends.
While we were there we made a volcano
that erupted!
Pierce
Beckett is looking so much older these days.
King of the Rocks
Sterling stayed cool in the shade.
We love our friends!
This afternoon the boys were excited to put on their swim clothes and get wet.
All winter Beckett has been asking to get our his octopus sprinkler, so today his wish came true.
Pierce was not too sure about the sprinkler. He ran through once with Momma and then said he did not like it getting him wet.
He preferred the water table.
For a snack, we decided to make our own ice cream.
We put the ingredients into a bag, then the bag into another bag with ice. Next we had to shake the bag.
The boys played toss with the bag, to make the shaking a little more exciting.
The ice cream was delicious!

Off to the Theater
This afternoon the four of us headed to the local children's theater to watch Peter Rabbit.
This was Pierce's first time watching a play. I'm not sure if he was more excited for the play or the popcorn.
Sweet Sterling got to be babysat by Grandma, which he was all smiles about.
Morning of Baseball
This morning Beckett had another t-ball game.
Millie caught one of the balls and threw it to Beckett,
who was playing first base. Together they got a runner out. Nice teamwork!
Big Hitter Beckett
Beckett was excited that they were playing the team that his best buddy, Cole, is on.
Coming in for a Run
Poor little Pierce just wants to be out on the field with big brother.
Grandpa was there cheering Beckett on!

Easter 2014
Sterling's First Easter
Easter started early this year in the Lunde house. Last night we laid a trail of eggs from each of the boys' rooms to their Easter baskets in the living room. We have no idea what time Mr. Beckett got up, but Daddy discovered him out in the living room at 6am. He had gone through all three boys' baskets and organized all the gifts.
Inside Beckett and Pierce's baskets were cans of silly string. Pierce did not like it, but Daddy and Beckett sure had a good time with it.
So Fun
This evening we headed to Grandpa and Grandma's house for more Easter fun. The boys got another Easter basket full of goodies.
Then we had an Easter egg hunt in the backyard.
Pierce was really excited about all the eggs.
More Eggs
That's one full basket!
Looking at all the loot!
Yay for Easter!
Grandma made this cute cake for dessert.
Happy Easter from Beckett, Pierce
and Sterling!
