Little Pierce

Yesterday we took a quick over and back trip to Grants Pass for Mommy's 39 week appointment.  The doctor said that the baby is in position and ready to go.  Now we are just waiting for contractions to get going.  We did schedule an induction for the 5th, in case Sterling does not arrive by then. 

Pierce is enjoying these last few days of being the baby of the family. 

Pierce and Potty Training

This little cutie pie is doing a great job with potty training.  He has had 3 days with no accidents. Looks like he will be potty trained by the time Sterling arrives.  

Bug Collecting

 Today Beckett got a late birthday present.  It was a bug catching kit.

 

 So when Daddy was home at lunchtime, the boys searched around the house for bugs.  Pierce found a little snail. 

 It is funny, when you are looking for bugs they are hard to find!

 We found some hiding in a shell. 

 The boys even caught a fly in the net. 

 By the end of the hunt, Beckett had quite a few bugs in his container.

Who needs a lawn service when you have these guys around?

 The boys made Mommy and Baby Sterling an apple pie this afternoon.

 They used Mommy's apple pie filling she canned at the end of last year.

Saturday

Our Saturday morning started off with a little golfing.

 For lunch we had a picnic in the backyard.

 We ended the day at the beach.

4 Year Check-Up

Today Beckett had his 4 Year Well-Visit.  The doctor said the two incisions from the surgery have healed up nicely.  He also said we have a tall boy!  Beckett is 43.3 inches tall and above the 95th percentile in height.  He is 39 pounds and in the 75th percentile for weight. 

2 Weeks Until Due Date

This morning we made a quick trip over and back to the doctors to see check on baby.  The doctor said that Sterling has dropped, but is not quite in position yet.  So we are still waiting for our little one to join us!

 This week I have been working on all three boys' baby books.  I came across this list in Beckett's book.  It was all the names we were considering back then.  It is amazing how all three of the boys' names were on our original list.  I guess we know what we like!

The funny thing is that the name we would want for a fourth boy is on the list too!

Big Boy Undies

Well after almost 2 weeks of potty training, Mr. Pierce is officially in big boy underwear.  Yahoo!

Valentine's Day

During the week, the boys worked on some different Valentine Day projects.

 On Friday, we gave Daddy a "heart attack" and decorated his car with hearts.  Each heart said something we love about him. 

 Then in the evening it was pizza making time!

 I think the boys might have eaten more toppings than what actually went on the pizza.

 This was the 13th Valentines Day Grant and I have spent together.  Time flies when you are having fun and having babies....

3 Weeks to Go

Only 3 weeks left to go!  Sterling's nursery is all set.  My girlfriend, Melissa, made this beautiful piece of art for his room.

Sterling's Baby Shower

Yesterday my sweet, sweet friends surprised me with a baby shower for Sterling.  

 My bestest friend in the whole world, Mary, hosted the amazing party with so many special touches.  These girls spoiled me and baby rotten. 

 I have some of the craftiest friends out there.  So many of the gifts were made with love.

Beckett's Bowling Party

On Saturday we celebrated Beckett's 4th Birthday one last time.

 This time the party was at the bowling alley.
