A Little Baseball

This morning we headed to the park for a little baseball.

 Batter Up!

 Beckett LOVED using a real bat and ball.  The helmet was his favorite!

 Then it was time to be in the outfield.

 What a cute little baseball game.

 Afterwards we walked over to the playground to play.

 Pierce kept his hat on the whole time! 

 Beckett kept the helmet on the whole time!

 It was a beautiful, fun morning.

Weekend Pics

This weekend the boys got bug collecting tools and the adventure was on!

 Daddy and Pierce went for a walk one afternoon.

 Pierce kicked back and enjoyed the ride.

 Beckett the Chef was busy in the kitchen.  He made up some homemade pizza.  YUMMY!

Date Night

On Saturday night, Daddy and Mommy had date night.  We headed up to Gold Beach for a delicious dinner at Anna's Bistro and then back to Brookings for a local play.  What fun!!

 Grandma and Grandpa watched the boys, while we were gone. 

 It was a beautiful afternoon, so they boys played and worked in the backyard. 

 Well, Pierce played, while big brother worked!

 Beckett did an excellent job helping Grandma clean out her planted boxes for spring.

C&K Market's 5K Race

This evening the Lundes participated in a 5K race that benefited Relay for Life.  Daddy and Mommy ran, while the boys went for a FAST stroller ride.

Take Your Kid to Work Day

Today was "Take Your Kid to Work Day" at Daddy's work.  So Beckett headed to the office.  

 The kids went down to the store, where they took a tour of the meat department,

 produce department

 (where they got snacks),

 and the bakery

 where they watched how to make a cake. 

 Then the kids got their own cookies and were able to decorate them. 

 YUMMY!

 Then they headed back up to the office where they got a goodie bag. 

Beckett looks pretty comfortable in that chair!

Playdate at the Park

On Tuesday I organized a play date at the park, with some of our friends.  Each mommy brought a snack to share 

 and an activity.  My activity (pictured below) was our sand table filled with cloud dough (flour and baby oil- which has a fun texture and can be formed) and plastic insects.  The boys loved it!

 We enjoyed getting together with all our friends

 and playing. 

 There were so many fun centers like planting,

 a pool ring throw

 (which Pierce thought he was one of the sticks),

 making bird feeders,

 a water table,

bean bag toss,

sidewalk chalk, and so much more!

 It was a warm day, so the water table was a hit!  Pierce must have been a little thirsty.
