Blueberry Picking

This morning we met a few friends at the blueberry patch and spent some time picking.
Bonnie showed the boys how to pick.
But they seemed more interested in eating than picking!
Pierce and Liam sat back and watched the fun.
Life is always an adventure for these two!
Between Beckett eating the blueberries and Pierce dumping them out, it took awhile to fill our bucket.
 What a great morning!

Celebrating Mr. Liam

Yesterday we had a few friends over to celebrate our little pal Liam's birthday.
Josiah and Beckett were excited about the big day!
Pierce got lots of snuggles from Shalom.

Lundes and Friends

We have been blessed with so many wonderful friends!  Here are the boys with a few of their pals...

Liam and Pierce
Beckett and Evie
Dress Up Playdate with the Heaths
 Beckett and Josiah
And of course the best friends of all, Pierce and Beckett!
I had to take a picture when I found the boys in the position.  I don't even know how they got situated like that! :)

Weekend Adventures

Busy, busy, busy was this weekend!  Here are a few pics...

The Lunde Boys Out to Dinner
 Doing Jobs Around the House
 A Little Art
 Pierce in Beckett's Favorite Hat
After church on Sunday, we had a little picnic inside the church gym with a few families.  Here are the daddies do what they do best...talking!
Beckett was kind enough the share his lunch with his friend, Elise.
Pierce and his friend, Kyle, wearing their sailor outfits.  Kyle was not too happy because Pierce kept taking the binkie out of his mouth.
We played a little baseball and had fun in the bounce house.
After the picnic, we headed up to the Curry County Fair.
They were holding a "Cutest Baby" contest, so we thought we might enter Pierce.  Once we got there and saw the chaos, we decided against it.  Plus they ran out of numbers because there were SO many babies!!!
And we already knew who was the cutest baby!
Stout Mountain Railway was there with their trains.  Beckett would have watched those trains for hours!
Then it was off to see the animals.
 More Animals...
Who can go to the fair without playing an overpriced carnival game or two?
Beckett was not impressed with the toy he won, so guess who got to carry the prize all around the fair?!?
Beckett kept asking to go on one of the rides.  I would have to say the ride we went on was a little fast and wild for a toddler, but Beckett seemed to like it!
Before we left we watched a show performed by African Dancers.  It was the best part of the fair!  If you look closely, you can see the show in the background.

 plus books and toys galore!!
Thank you for the great gifts, Papa and Mimi!  We are already getting lots of use out of them all. :)

Projects Around the House

My favorite saying these days is, "I saw this neat thing on Pinterest!"  Here are a few idea that I found on Pinterest and integrated them into our new house.

Beckett's Train Racks
Our wonderful neighbor, Bob, made these!  This picture is for his thank you card.
Beckett's room is finally complete.  I found most of the ideas on Pinterest and IKEA's website.
That is a framed original art piece from Beckett.
Beckett and Momma enjoying Beckett's new favorite spot...his bed.  The leaf canopy, light, and book racks (they are actually spice racks) all came from IKEA.

Bandon Dunes

Today the Lundes headed up to Bandon Dunes to meet up with the Andersons.  We joined Aunt Noel in watching the Junior Amateur Tournament that Mike was playing in.
Mike plays for Washington State's Golf Team.  Here he is in action...
Bandon Dunes is a walking course.  We followed the group through 10 of the 18 holes.  Mr. Beckett did a great job keeping up with us,
while Mr. Pierce enjoyed the ride.
We found a few benches along the way to rest.
 The Lunde Totempole
Mike played a good round and we enjoyed watching the tournament.  Well, maybe Beckett was a little distracted by the snacks in his hands.  :)

Beautiful Afternoon

It was a beautiful afternoon, so we broke out the water table for some fun!
Even Pierce got in on the activity.
