Beckett Blowing Bubbles at Bathtime
Tonight Grant filled the tub a little higher and Beckett quickly realized he could reach the water with his mouth. Beckett continued his campaign for swim lessons, by showing us that he wants more exposure to the water!

All This Pressure to Crawl
Beckett is definitely feeling the pressure to crawl. His pals are busy crawling and he wants to join in the fun. Crawling is exhausting! Aunt Tera is working hard with Beckett to help him. She has spent lots of time with him on the floor.

All By Ourselves
This evening Beckett and I were all by ourselves, since his dad was away on business. We had Grandma come over to entertain us for the evening and she took lots of pictures!Beckett is too little to carve pumpkins, but we still needed to do something with his pumpkin. We decided to decorate it with stickers.
Beckett loved his pumpkin and was the most interested in pulling off the stickers.

It was a beautiful evening and we decided to go for a walk. The picture shows Beckett smiling, but he really wanted his dad and the backpack! :)

New Things
Beckett's first tooth has officially come out. Just the top of the tooth is showing. I have tried and tried to get a picture of it, but he will not let me. So in this picture he is giving me the look, 'Enough pictures already!"Beckett is not crawling yet, but this is his favorite position. He is rocking back and forth a lot, but is just not quite there! That's okay, we have not baby proofed the house yet!

Lazy Weekend
This weekend the weather was dreary, so we were lazy and just hung around the house. Here we are in our Beaver gear, ready to watch the game on Saturday. Beckett spent time riding around on his toy car. He looks so big in this picture!
Beckett has a great dad who loves to play with him. :) This was our entertainment this weekend!

New Toy
Today Beckett went over to his grandma's house to play in his new toy. He was very excited!!The turtle is filled with plastic balls, which Beckett loved chewing on. Beckett wanted to share his balls with Teri (his grandma's dog), but she was not too interested.
A side note: Look at all that hair on the back of his head! He is still missing hair on the sides of his head, but the back is full of it.
Happy 8 Month Birthday, Baby Beckett!
Yesterday was Beckett's 8 month birthday. We are amazed each day at how much he has grown and changed. This picture of Beckett in his crib cracks me up! He looks a little startled. :) Beckett has not been sleeping well the last couple of days. He has a tooth that looks like it is about ready to come out and it seems to be keeping him up.

Auntie Tera and Uncle Neal
This weekend Grant and I had tickets to go see the OSU Beavers play in Corvallis. Beckett's Aunt Tera and Uncle Neal watched Beckett, while we went to the game. Beckett wore his OSU gear and cheered the Beavers on from Gladstone.Beckett's favorite part of being there was Geisha (their Chocolate Lab). Geisha liked him too, especially when he shared his Cheerios with her.
