Peaceful

Beckett at nap time.

Cute Videos

Here are a few cute videos from Sunday morning...

As new parents we bought Beckett shoes that we thought were very stylish! Little did we know that they were impractical and would never be worn. Here Grant is trying to get the shoes on Beckett's feet...

Beaver Game Day

Today we prepared for Beaver Game Day by putting up our OSU flag and beaver. I'm not sure the neighbors loved the decorations, but we sure did!Go Beavs! The Olson family came over to watch the game. Beckett was very excited! Beckett snuggling up to Millie. How cute are they! :)

No Fog = Beach Fun

This morning we went down to Crescent City for breakfast. It was such a beautiful morning that we decided to go to the beach. The trip to the beach was spur of the moment, which is why Beckett looks a little disheveled with one sock and a hat that was way to small!Beckett loved playing in the sand, especially with his silly dad.
While we were playing Beckett had a little surprise...

Baby's Best Friend

Beckett loves his Ellie. When he is fussy or grumpy, all he has to do is see his puppy and a smile spreads across his face. Beckett's Wheels
Here is a cute video of Beckett driving his car around the house. Ellie is a very patient dog, while Beckett is already tormenting her.

Beckett In Duck Gear??

This is the closest thing to Duck gear that Beckett will ever wear. Tonight after his bath he was sporting his duck bathrobe. Beckett in the "Heisman pose." Hope you like the duck gear, Uncle Brett!

Finger Foods

Today at the end of lunch I decided to try some finger foods with Beckett. He has been eating Cheerios for the past couple of weeks and LOVES them. This afternoon I introduced banana chunks. They were a little slippery in his little hands. He had a great time playing with them and even managed to eat a few. :)

Beckett's First OSU Game

Yesterday we drove up to Corvallis for the OSU home opener. This was Beckett's first Beaver game.Once we got to Corvallis we went to our favorite pizza place, for a football shaped pizza. Beckett was looking very sad that he had to eat pureed fruit, while we had yummy pizza. Maybe next time, Beckett! Beckett was a big boy and sat in the highchair.
Here Beckett and Mom were having a great time!
Luckily our seats were inside, since it was a rainy game. Beckett wasn't too interested in the game, but loved watching the people all around him.
Beckett taking a break from watching the game to relax on the couch. It was a very tiring day! :)
Two Beaver Believers
What a great day!

Stylin' in the Diaper

Beckett is looking sharp these days in his jean diapers. Thanks for the diapers, Mary!

Out with the Old and in with the New

We decided it was time to get ride of our car and move into a bigger vehicle. The Acura was getting very crowded in the backseat and we all needed more room. Ellie the Dog was very unhappy about having to share her space, even though Beckett did not seem to mind.
We sold the car and bought a Tahoe.
Now Beckett is the unhappy one, since...
his dog is in the back! :)

Crawling is Hard Work!

No, Beckett is not crawling yet! But his Auntie Carolyn was having him practice tonight. Going from having fun to being worn out!

A Playful Pair

This weekend we got together with the Olson family for our weekly dinner night. Here are some cute pictures of Beckett and Millie. Beckett is very interested in his friend!
Here they are playing together...

Labor Weekend 2010

For Labor Day we spent the weekend over in Sunriver. We were joined by Beckett's Nana, Uncle Brett, Uncle Eric, and Ashley. Also Beckett's Grandpa Dana (not pictured) and Grandma Sally came over too.
Beckett loves being with family. When they are around, he is not spoiled or anything! :)
We rented a great house and enjoyed relaxing in it.
Here is a cute picture of Beckett and Nana having coffee. He is wearing the new hat that his Great Grandma Naomi made him.
The weather was great and we spent a lot of time outside. Beckett was busy looking at the trees in this picture. While we were there we spent some time at the pool, went fishing, rode bikes,
played Glow Golfing (actually Beckett and I were the score keepers!),posed for lots of pictures (this is in the Glow Golf place- it did not look that creepy in the dark! The camera just doesn't show the light effects.),and of course read lots of books!Beckett turned 7 months old while we were there. It is amazing to see how much he has grown and changed these last few months. Look at him sitting up all by himself. He loves to pose for the camera these days!

Videos from the Weekend

Beckett loved swimming in the kid's pool in Sunriver. He was splashing and kicking and having a great time. Grant was a trooper and played in the kiddie pool with him. He was definitely the biggest kid in there!

Who needs expensive toys when you have a water bottle. Out of all the toys that we brought with us, Beckett had the most fun playing with water bottles.
