Kid's Dentist

This week the boys tried out a new dentist. They loved the kid's dentist as soon as they walked into the waiting room.

Pierce did awesome, even getting his first set of X-rays. 

I wasn't sure how it would go with Sterling, but he did great.

He sat in the chair for 30 minutes, barely moving. He was so excited to get to watch tv while they cleaned his teeth.

Another Soccer Game

Today the Bolts had another soccer game.

 Coach Daddy and Greg gave their pep talk before the game.

 Grandpa Frank and Grandma Naomi get the #1 Fan Award!  They have been to almost every game this season.

These boys have great attitudes and are enjoying the game, whether it is rain

 

or shine!

Carving Pumpkins

The boys were excited to carve their pumpkins,

 until Pierce learned that he needed to scoop out the inside of the pumpkin first.  He said it was smelly and icky.

 Beckett got right in there.

 Daddy showed them a few tricks on cleaning them out.

 Pierce finally got into it.

 The boys did not want normal jack-o-lanterns, but each had their own idea of what the pumpkin should look like.  Daddy drew the ideas on the pumpkins...

 Sterling just ran around the deck during the carving

 and Marshall slept (as usual!).

Beckett's First Field Trip

Today Daddy got to go with Beckett on his first field trip. 

The class went to Lee Farms.

The kids learned all about the animals and got to pick out pumpkins.

Day with Papa

This morning Papa was the "Mystery Reader" in Beckett's class.  The teacher gave five clues about Papa and the kids had to guess who the "Mystery Reader" was. Beckett was surprised and super excited! 

After classroom time, Papa and Daddy took Pierce and Sterlimg to Children's Museum.
