Medford Railroad Park

On Sunday we went to Medford's Railroad Park.
At the park we road the trains
 all around the park.
 Choo Choo
The boys were able to ride on Thomas the Train.
Unfortunately Sterling did not meet the age requirement for riding, so he hung out with Daddy.
The park was full of little trains too.
 The Lunde Boys
 What a fun activity!

Fun in the Tub

Sterling is so excited to be in the tub with the big boys these days.
Tonight Pierce and Beckett gave each other shampoo hair-dos.

Trip to Medford

This past weekend we went down to Medford to visit Grandma.
The boys were so excited to go swimming with all the new pool toys.
 The water felt great!
Even Sterling got in the water.

Grandma always has fun things for the boys to do.
 Morning Art Time
 Future Little Artists
 Sterling helped Grandma make breakfast.
What a fun, relaxing weekend we all had!

Wildlife Safari

On Friday we visited Wildlife Safari.  I am not sure what the kids were more excited about, seeing the animals or being able to move around the car while Daddy was driving.
We saw tons of animals up close.
Pierce was Daddy's co-pilot.
Sterling was full of giggles during the ride.  He seemed fascinated by it all.
The boys' favorite animal was the emu.  They kept coming right up to the car window.  We made sure to roll up the windows, when we saw them coming.

Letter B

This week we worked on the letter B.
 Pierce practiced his B's too.
Our devotion was B for Behave.
We made butterflies with our footprints.
 Our verse of the week...
B stands for Boys, Brothers and Beavers!
 B is for Blueberries.
We did a little picking the other day.
Well maybe the correct wording is that most of us picked blueberries and Pierce ate the berries.
While we were there, we picked blackberries too.
The boys practiced writing their names this week.
We continued to work on triangles.
The boys made triangles out of blocks and we had a bean bag toss.
 B is for Baking.
We made birthday cupcakes for some of our friends.
B is for Bugs. We made a bug house
The house was a pasta box that we cut windows in and put screens to keep them in.  Then Beckett filled their house with dirt and grass.
Then we found a few bugs.
We read the Bible story about Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego.  We talked about obeying God and what that looks like.  Then we made this cute little poster about obeying.
Here was Beckett's work sample from the week...
