Beaver Baseball

The Lundes went to the OSU vs. WSU game on Friday.  This was the boys' first Beaver baseball game. 

The game was played in Corvallis at Goss Stadium. 

 Beckett cheered the Beavers on as they battled the Cougars.

Oregon Aquarium

On Friday we headed to the Oregon Aquarium in Newport, with Grandpa and Grandma.

 It was a wet day,

 but a little rain was not going to ruin our fun!

 Beckett saw sea lions again.

 After walking around outside, we headed for the indoor exhibits.  Beckett was the tour guide, identifying all the animals. 

 Pierce was interested in the animals under his feet.

The aquarium was amazing!  We could have spent the entire day there.  Next time we might go on a drier day. :)

Sea Lion Caves

On Thursday we headed up the coast.  Along the way we stopped at the Sea Lion Caves.

 

 We have driven by the caves many times, but this trip we decided to stop and check it out. 

 We took a path, elevator and set of stairs down to the caves. 

 There were a few sea lions in the caves, but really not a lot to see. 

 Pierce was intrigued,

 but Beckett was more interested in running around in the cave than to watch the sea lions. 

 Outside of the caves, we took another trail to a lookout.  We found where all the sea lions were hiding!

Funny Boys

These two boys crack me up!  This morning Beckett was yelling in his room for me to come and take a picture of him and Pierce.  I went in the room to find this...

 How sweet are they?!? Pierce has learned to climb up on big brothers bed, so this is where he is commonly found!

Beckett is now sporting Auntie Tera's childhood backpack.  Everyday he tells me that he is ready to go to school, play soccer and baseball.  He is growing up right before our eyes!!

 Mr. Pierce is hilarious!  When he is getting dressed in the morning, he wants the COMPLETE outfit.  He points and talks (in his language!) until he gets what he wants, which is usually a hat, shoes and coat.  Today we did not leave the house, but this is what he wore!

Afternoon at the Beach

 for a little afternoon fun. 

 Daddy and Beckett played some soccer,

 Pierce played in the sand

 and Ellie lounged in the sun.

 Beckett was adventurous and climbed some rocks. 

 Then started to yell for help!
