Project Time

Last week each of the boys did a project.  Pierce made a hand print ornament.  Brother helped him by rolling out the dough.

 Then we put Pierce's hand in the dough. 

 Ta-da!  It is finished.

 GG taught us how to grow sprouts in a jar.  The first thing we did was soak the seeds overnight. 

 Then we watered them twice a day, for three days. 

 Look!  We have a bowl of sprouts!!

Day at the Beach

It was a beautiful sunny day in Brookings.  We headed down to the beach, where we met up with some friends.

 Beckett started to get closer and closer to the water. 

 But sweet Avery brought him back!

So Blessed

This morning we started off the day with a walk through town.  Pierce was alert the whole ride, taking in the scenery.

 On our walk, we stopped at the bakery so Beckett could pick out a treat. 

 We also stopped by the bird store and picked out a new bird feeder. 

 Pierce kicked back in the grass, while Beckett and Momma tried to hang the bird feeder. 

 Then it was off to Carson's Mickey Mouse birthday party.  Beckett made his own hat at the party! 

 While at the party, Beckett did two of his favorite things...

played games and

 ate cupcakes!

 What a great day! 

We are truly blessed to have these two sweet little boys in our lives. 

Friday Night

Daddy is away for the weekend, so Mommy is in charge.  Mommy had to remember how to give baths, since Daddy is the one that always gives them!

 Grandma and Auntie came over for some tea and to make sure we were doing okay without Daddy. 

Every night we swaddle Pierce to go to sleep.  Well tonight Beckett decided he needed to be swaddled too! 

Lunch with Grandpa and Grandma

The boys and I had lunch at Grandpa and Grandma's house today.  Afterwards we sat in the backyard and enjoyed the beautiful day!

 Beckett kept telling his brother, "Pierce watch!'

 And so he did!

Card in the Mail

Today Beckett received a handmade card in the mail, from his baby cousin, Mason.  It was a "Get Well Soon" card

 Beckett loved the card and carried it around all morning! 

Our little guy is finally on the mend and feeling much better! :)
