Golf at the Ell's Country Club

Tonight we were at the Ell's house, celebrating Chris's birthday.  Chris pulled out the golf clubs and Beckett was off!
Stacey was a good sport and patiently listened to Beckett ask, "What's that?" at each club.
 Beckett has quite the swing.

Family Pictures

For Mother's Day we got Grandma a photo shoot with Michelle Jones, a local photographer.
Beware...there are a lot of pictures!
So many of them are my favorite, I had to post a bunch. :)
 Grandpa and Grandma
Don't they look like a couple of college kids!
 Beckett loves his wagon and
is always up for a ride.
 The Lunde's
 Grandma and Mom
A picture of just Dad and Mom.  That is a rare occurrence.
This picture is identical to our engagement photo.  We just look like we aged a bit! :)
 What a happy family.
 Precious Boy
 Looking very dapper!
Grandpa and Beckett, best of friends.
 Daddy's Boy
 Love it!
 Happy Mother's Day, Grandma!

Random Weekend Pics

Here are some cute pictures from the weekend...

Beckett is in favorite spot...the fridge.  He loves to sit there and waste electricity!

Finding the perfect potato at the Farmer's Market
Enjoying an afternoon snack at Grandpa and Grandma's house
Mom and Dad relaxing after a long run.  Grant did 7 miles, but I was only up for 5.  The baby bump is certainly showing these days. :)

Christmas Came Early

Our neighbor, Bob the Builder, came over with Beckett's early Christmas present.  Christmas in July!!  Bob makes 50+ trains a year and gives them away to families for the holiday.
Beckett was so excited to play with the train.
Testing out the wheels...
 Pure enjoyment!

Relay for Life 2011

Tonight the Lunde family participated in Relay for Life 2011.  We were on the C&K Team (Sun-Ray's of Hope).
Beckett had lots of fun playing at the team campsite.  I have been looking for sunglasses for him, but these seem a little big. :)
Millie and Beckett lookin' cute in their summer gear.
A little hug from Millie.
The Lundes were signed up to run for 35 minutes.  We ran 3.5 miles, as a family (Grant not pictured).  My pace has been MUCH slower since I have been pregnant, but we started and finished as a team.

Happy Birthday Grandma

Tonight we celebrated Grandma's birthday.   Grandpa barbecued and we all ate A LOT!
Beckett had lots of fun eating and playing.  You can tell Beckett is tired when he is willing to sit and snuggle for story time.

Swim Lessons: Round Two

The Brookings pool is open for the summer, so Beckett is starting his second round of swim lessons.
When I was younger, I took swim lessons at this same pool.  All I remember is freezing in the fog!  Fortunately the weather has been great and the wonderful pool people keep the temperature in the high 80's.
Today Beckett's favorite part of the lesson was jumping off the side of the pool.  He seems to have no fear!
Yay for Mommy and Me Swim Class!

4th of July in Phoenix

The Lunde's just got back from 5 days in Phoenix, Arizona.
You might be asking yourself why in the world would we go to the desert in the middle of summer?!?  Only for a wedding! :)
Mr. and Mrs. Brian Anderson (Grant's cousin)
Here are the guys looking pretty sharp at the cocktail hour...
Once Beckett spotted the dance floor, we could not keep him off it!
Beckett met a few new friends at the reception.
Besides the wedding, most of our time was spent in the pool.  It was 116 degrees, a few of the days.
Beckett loved playing in the pool's waterfall.
He seemed to think the hot tub was his own little swimming pool.
When we weren't in the pool, we were trying to stay cool.  Here are the boys looking cool in their shades!
The house had a pool table, so Grandpa Frank and Dad played a few games.
We also played cards in the evening.
Since it was the 4th, we saw a fireworks show.  The seats were close enough to see where the fireworks were being shot off from.
Then of course, a few fireworks of our own.
