7 Weeks Old

Beckett is 7 weeks old. Time is flying by. Each day he is doing something new. Our favorite is his big smile that almost looks like he is laughing. No, it is not gas!! I am enjoying every minute of staying home and spending time with him.

The pictures show his serious side, but I promise there is a smile every now and then! :)

Grandpa's Birthday

On Saturday we celebrated Dad's (now known as Grandpa!) birthday. Brent and Kallie drove down from Portland and we enjoyed spending time as a family.

Dad got a Wii for his birthday, so we enjoyed playing a few of the games together.

Naomi's 87th Birthday!

Beckett's Great Grandma turned 87 when we were in Portland. On Saturday Grant's mom's side of the family came over and we celebrated Naomi's birthday. Beckett was able to meet the family and see all of his second cousins. He looks forward to getting bigger and playing with them. This time he had to sit back and watch them play!!

First Trip to Portland.

Last weekend we made our first trip to Portland. We were a little nervous about the 6 hour drive, but Beckett was a champ! The trip was smooth and we are already looking forward to the next trip up there. Beckett enjoyed spending time with his Nana and Uncle Eric.

A Weekend with the Duvalls

Greg, Marcie, and their daughter Caylee came down to Brookings for the weekend. We had a great time visiting and relaxing. On Saturday we went to Sand Dollar Beach, in Pistol River. Marcie and Caylee found their first sand dollars, while Ellie the dog enjoyed running on the beach. Marcie and I got soaked by a sneaker wave!!.

Uncle Neal and Aunt Tera came down this weekend. Auntie Tera gave her "little Beckett man" lots of love. He is a very lucky boy to have such a loving family!! His Aunt Tera was spoiling him before he was even born. :)
